Personal Space is an auditory-meditative experience that combines music and wellness to boost physical and emotional wellbeing. Unlike traditional meditation classes in Singapore, Personal Space is guided by active meditation and sound to improve mindfulness.
With principles guided by breathwork and embodied movement, Personal Space encourages you to use your body as both vessel and instrument, responding to the stimuli of a serene environment crafted live by a soundscaper in attendance.

Each Personal Space session is facilitated by an active meditation instructor, who will instruct you how to calm your mind and hone your focus with the free-flowing nature of dance. Through simple and accessible movements, you will connect with organically-produced sound in real-time to attain a state of focus. This is combined with elements of breathwork and embodied movement, incorporating intentional rhythmic inhalations and exhalations to release stress and forge inner strength.
Guided by sound, classes are driven by the musical pulse of The Weatherman, a veteran local DJ who’s also the multihyphenated maestro behind Personal Space. No one session is ever the same, as The Weatherman churns out a spontaneous journey of selections that span the realms of ambient, tribal, electronica, Balearic, experimental and beyond. Each track is discerningly chosen to cradle attendees in a tranquil blanket of sound, deepening the state of meditation for a more cohesive practice.
Complementing the guided audial journey of Personal Space is a rotational ensemble of wellness facilitators. Our facilitators brandish fortes in this realm, specialising in the areas of breathwork, embodied movement and meditation. No one Personal Space session is ever the same, but the mission of each and every one is – to teach you how to reconnect with your mind, body and soul. You are always in good hands.
